Please find all information concerning the registration processes and deadlines here:
- Exhibiting Company – Exhibitor Registration (in March of the event year)
- Speaker - Call for Papers (until middle of May of the event year)
- Participant - Participant Registration (from July of the event year)
However, you can name a representative, who is not registered yet. Changes of participants shall be submitted in writing by seven days before the event and include all personal data. The official registration form must not be used for the notice of change. If the replacement participant does not fulfill the same conditions as the original participant, for example if he is not entitled to a discount, which was granted to the original participant, the difference shall be paid immediately.

Access to the app will be activated on Friday before the event. Then you can register with your email address with which you also registered for the Colloquium.
On Monday evening, we will offer soups and fingerfood as well as drinks during the welcome reception. On Tuesday and Wednesday, snacks and drinks will be available the whole day. For lunch we serve chosen dishes – of course also for vegetarians – and wine. On Tuesday evening, you can look forward to an exclusive dinner.
There will be no simultaneous translation.
